We moved out of the county and Christine helped us sell our home while we were away. During our initial meeting she went over everything about preparing our home for sale including staging at her recommendation which definitely helped with the sale. 
She is very knowledgeable, thorough and diligent, while providing constant communication throughout the entire process. It can be stressful selling a home when you are no longer in the area but she made the entire process very easy. Everything went so well that our home went into escrow less than a week after it was listed. There were a few items that need to be done while our home was in escrow and she was always there onsite checking up on our home and making sure everything was moving along smoothly.

Christine did an amazing job for us with the sale of our home! We could not be more pleased with the outcome! We had a very short window for when we wanted to list and show the house. Christine bent over backwards to make this happen. With no time to hire a professional stager, Christine staged it herself, personally purchasing items that would make it show even better. We were extremely moved with feelings of gratitude for the personal interest she took in us and our desires. Within a couple days of contacting her, she listed our home and within a week it was under contract with a full-price offer! We were stunned with how this happened! Christine continued to be extraordinarily responsive to our needs from beginning to end. Christine was incredible through the entire home buying process.  She worked with us to identify houses that matched our needs and wants while constantly refining as we saw different houses that didnt match for one reason or another.  Through the whole process, we felt as if we were her only clients.  She was there when we needed her and she was always responsive.  All of that is not even the best part!

When we found OUR house, Christine's easy demeanor and professionalism with the sellers agent made for an incredibly smooth process.  Her contacts across the industry (home inspection, mortgage brokers, etc) all followed her lead with fast responses and great offers.  We were the VIPs at every step in the adventure.
